The BiSon64-ET is an extended temperature radiation hardened fine Sunsensor qualified according to ECSS-E-ST-10-03. With the bare photodiodes tested to 8.10¹⁴ 1MeV electrons (equivalent to 19.2MRad and 25.10⁹ MeV/g) and 1mm Aluminium equivalent shielding provided by the Sapphire membrane, the very wide qualification temperature range of -125°C to +125°C makes the sensors suited for many if not all applications.
